Cookie Policy

Pagora uses cookies to keep your workspace secure, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — understand how the platform is used.

Effective date: March 17, 2025

1. Overview

Pagora uses cookies and similar technologies on usepagora.com and within the product dashboard to keep you signed in, understand how the platform is used, and — where you opt in — measure marketing performance. This policy explains what those technologies are, the categories we use, and how to control them.

This policy does not apply to the cookies that Workspace Users may add to the individual sites they build on Pagora — each Workspace User is responsible for disclosing and managing cookies on their own published sites.

2. What Are Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps a website recognise your browser on return visits. Cookies set by Pagora are first-party cookies; cookies set by a vendor we work with (such as an analytics provider) are third-party cookies.

  • Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser — typically used to keep you logged in during a visit.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period and help remember your preferences across visits.

3. Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the dashboard and our marketing site to function — things like staying logged in and remembering items mid-checkout. The Service cannot be provided without them, so they can't be switched off.

7. Third-Party Cookies

Some features embed third-party services that may set their own cookies — for example, a chat widget or a payment iframe at checkout. These providers' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.

8. Managing Browser Cookies

Beyond the preference center above, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies at the browser level:

  • ChromeSettings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • SafariPreferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • FirefoxSettings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • EdgeSettings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or using parts of the dashboard.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There's currently no industry-wide standard for how websites should respond to DNT, so Pagora does not change its behaviour based on this signal — please use the preference center above or your browser settings to manage tracking instead.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tooling or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above, and where required, we'll re-prompt you for consent.
